As a client you understand that you are paying for a digital item. No physical item will be delivered to you.​​​

I do not start any commission until payment is received in full.​

You are allowed up to 3 revisions during the design phases - additional revisions are subject to additional charges.​​

Full refunds are allowed if the commission has not been started. Partial refunds are allowed if a sketch has been provided. Once the commission is in the final stages of coloring or designing, I am unable to provide any refunds.​​

You cannot claim any commissioned work as your own, I retain full copyright to all designs.​​

Should you request that I use specific images in the commission design, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to use said images. I am not responsible for any DMCA claims or takedowns.​

If, upon receiving a completed commission, you file a chargeback via Paypal or any other payment processor, you immediately forfeit any use of the completed commission. Any use of a completed commission after the client issues a chargeback is subject to DMCA takedown. In addition you will be permanently blacklisted from receiving any commission work from me in the future.

Usage of Commissioned Work​​​

Live2D models, Reactive PNGs, and streaming assets such as emotes include commercial usage fees upon initial payment to stream with them and generate a profits (via subscriptions, donations, youtube monetization, etc). You cannot, however, use the specific Live2d art, emote art, or streaming asset art for commercial purposes such as selling merchandise with the art on it without explicit written permission from myself. The commercial usage is limited to streaming purposes only.​

No commissioned work, even commercial work, under any circumstances are authorized for any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, crypto currency, or generative AI technology. Any client found to be doing this will be blacklisted from commissions and my online shop permanently.
