PAYMENTS

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro credit cards.

All orders are shipped from my home in Penticton, BC

To Canada: 4-20 business days

To USA: 5-25 business days

International: 10-25 business days

  • Shipping times are ESTIMATED and are NOT a guaranteed timeframe to receive your package! Once the package leaves my hands at the post office, I have no control over any service delays.

  • This store is run entirely by one person - please allow for extra handling time. Your patience is much appreciated especially during busy seasons.

  • Please contact me if you believe your package has been lost.

COMMISSION TERMS

Commissioning me means you have agreed to all terms listed below. Should any of these terms be violated, you may be blacklisted and any commercial usage of said commission will be void.

GENERAL

  • All prices are in USD.

  • As a client you understand that you are paying for a digital item. No physical item will be delivered to you.

  • All prices outside of emotes, reactive pngs & live2d commissions are for personal use only.

  • I do not start any commission until payment is received in full.

  • You are allowed up to 3 revisions during the design phases - additional revisions are subject to additional charges.

  • Full refunds are allowed if the commission has not been started. Partial refunds are allowed if a sketch has been provided. Once the commission is in the final stages of coloring or designing, I am unable to provide any refunds.

  • You cannot claim any commissioned work as your own, I retain full copyright to all designs.

  • Should you request that I use specific images in the commission design, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to use said images. I am not responsible for any DMCA claims or takedowns.

USAGE OF COMMISSIONED WORK

  • All commissioned work outside of Live2D models, Reactive PNGs, and other streaming assets, are for personal use ONLY. You cannot monetize the work in any way, shape or form, without exclusive written permission from myself.

  • Live2D models, Reactive PNGs, and streaming assets such as emotes include commercial usage in regards to being able to stream with them and generate a profit during said streams (via subscriptions, donations, youtube monetization etc). You cannot, however, use the specific live2d art, emote art, or streaming asset art for commercial purposes such as selling merchandise with the art on it. The commercial usage is limited explicitly to streaming purposes only. 

  • No commissioned work, even commercial work, under any circumstances are authorized for any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, crypto currency, OR for any usage in AI learning technology.

  • If, upon receiving a completed commission, you file a chargeback via Paypal or any other payment processor, you immediately forfeit any use of the completed commission including but not limited to: personal use, use in headers, banners, web design, icons, commercial use, streaming use, etc. Any use of a completed commission after the client issues a chargeback is subject to DMCA takedown. In addition you will be permanently blacklisted from receiving any commission work from me in the future.
